Shipping and Delivery of products
Shipment of the ordered items will take place as soon as possible, normally within 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and holidays); if this is not possible, for example due to products temporarily sold out, or if your data are incomplete, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
The packaging and shipping are carried out with the utmost care and attention, but if something does not satisfy you, please let us know.
Shipping costs are set at € 8,00 regardless of weight and size of the package (plus the right to cash, if you choose this form of payment, which amounts to € 10,00). The amount of the expenses will be shown in real time on the order form according to the shipping and payment methods that you choose, in order to allow an immediate assessment of the total expenditure.
For orders of an amount equal to or greater than € 80.00, postage costs are charged to us! (any flagging fee excluded).
Delivery methods and times: orders will be shipped via express courier, and will be delivered in approximately 2-3 working days, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
Delivery will usually take place in the central hours of the day (10:00 - 18:00). You can not request a precise delivery time, an appointment, or be notified by the courier before delivery.
oasibotanica.com is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier, or by force majeure.
Shipments abroad: there are no shipments outside Italy.
Invoicing: the shipment is accompanied by a summary of the order, or by the invoice, only if requested at the time of order (by writing it in the "Notes" field of the order form and indicating the billing information). In no case will invoices be issued after shipping the order.
